This Privacy Policy describes how Ajinkya Technologies (referred to as "Ankastra", "we", "us", or "our"), the owner and operator of the Ankastra product and the website hosted at this domain, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information about users ("you", "your", "User") of the Ankastra software-as-a-service platform.

This Policy is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules and regulations framed thereunder (including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.

By accessing or using Ankastra, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information, name, email address, phone number, business name, GSTIN (where provided), billing address. Authentication data, passwords (stored in hashed form), session tokens. Transaction data, payment instrument details handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
