At just 30, Amey Kadle is the Founder & CEO of Kadle Global Pvt Ltd (Ajinkya Technologies), the company behind Ankastra. Profiled by Forbes India in April 2026 as "The Entrepreneur Rewriting Belagavi's Tech Narrative," he is building an AI attendance and workforce management platform now used by manufacturing plants across India.
His journey began in the 8th standard, when he started assembling computers and selling them door-to-door after school. He founded Ajinkya Technologies while still a student. A turning point came during his 18-month stint at IISc Bangalore's EPLabs, where exposure to design thinking and product development reshaped the company's approach toward building practical, user-friendly enterprise systems.
Today, under Kadle Global Pvt Ltd, the company's flagship product Ankastra brings AI face recognition, biometric hardware integration and full Indian statutory payroll to shift-based manufacturing workforces across India. In September 2025, before Ankastra's launch, Samsung Electronics published an official case study on Samsung.com Business Insights on the parent company's warehouse technology work - "Ajinkya Technologies transforms warehouse automation with Galaxy XCover7". Built entirely without external funding, Kadle Global reflects Amey's belief that "world-class innovation can emerge from any city."
