Supported Hikvision models include the DS-K1T341, DS-K1T671 and DS-K1T343 (MinMoe series).
How the connection is set up
- Confirm the MinMoe models. Our onboarding team checks each terminal's model and firmware for ISAPI event push.
- Send the events to Ankastra. Enter the server address we give you in the terminal's network settings, so every verified entry is pushed as an event as it happens.
- Keep the access rules where they are. Door control stays with the terminal and your access control setup, and nothing changes for the people walking through.
- Match device users to employees. Hikvision user IDs are mapped to the Ankastra roster, contract workers included.
- Run both side by side. Compare Ankastra's attendance against your current attendance records before you switch the old process off.

From door access to attendance
Where a building already runs Hikvision access control, the MinMoe terminals at the entrance are recording who came in and when. Ankastra turns those events into attendance, without a second device or a second queue at the door.
This suits offices, campuses and facilities where security, housekeeping and maintenance staff come through contractors, because their attendance is reconciled against the contractor's bill in the same record.

From there every brand is handled the same way: shift rules, exceptions and the muster roll, contract workers on the same roster, with attendance reconciled against the contractor's bill, and statutory payroll from the same punches in the Pro plan.
Plan and price
Device integration is in the Growth plan: ₹5,999 a month for 50 employees, or ₹5,099 a month billed annually, plus GST. Each employee above 50 adds ₹49 a month.
